SHIPPING METHODS

Deliveries are handled through DHL Express. All shipments that are sent by PBL are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist. 

For deliveries to the Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Oman, the price of the item excludes all customs duties and processing fees (5-10 KD). In case of returns shipping costs will not be refunded. 

We process and send orders during our main service hours, Sunday to Thursday, from 7:00 am till 16:00 pm GMT and Friday, from 8:00 am till 13:00 pm GMT The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.

Please refer to the chart below for shipping methods as well as shipping costs and delivery times for your destination. Shipping costs will not be refunded by PBL in case of returns:
